registration (A4)

- Personal health
form (H1)
- Nov. census
- Wants to take
girls on picnic (permission form)

Form Frolic
Following familiarization
with forms, play a game:
Guiders, in teams,
sit in large circle, samples of forms (1 or 2 of each) spread out in the middle
“What form(s) do
I need?”
- I want to open
a new unit
- I want to be
a new leader
- I am applying
to go to camp
- I am AT camp
- DC wants to
know the number of girls in my unit
Some will require
more than one form. (eg. At camp - health forms, signed C2, girls permission forms,
etc)
- First person
in each team, runs to middle of room and picks up one form that she thinks
is right. Discuss each choice.
- At second question,
2nd person takes a turn.
