Project WILD is an interdisciplinary, supplementary environmental and conservation education program for educators of kindergarten through high school age young people. The goal of Project WILD is to assist learners of any age in developing awareness, knowledge, skills, and commitment to result in informed decisions, responsible behaviour and constructive action concerning wildlife and the environment upon which all life depends.

Focus on Forests Saskatchewan is a forest and forest management education program for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. The program's overall objective is to develop a better understanding and appreciation of forests and forest management. It fosters awareness of and sensitivity to forest resources among Saskatchewan youth.

These environmental education programs are excellent resources for Guiding. Contact the Provincial Environment, Science and Technology Adviser for more information or to arrange a workshop in your area.
